5 Steps to Teach the Perfect Drill

  1. Complete the setup
  2. Have members sit in their starting positions
  3. Describe the drill (remember to set a goal)
  4. Demonstrate
  5. Set only 3 expectations

Remember to set a time for the drill. You want to keep the drill running long enough for the members to have time to practice but no so long that they lose interest. End the drill by leaving them wanting more!
