A Beginner’s Guide to Teaching Kick-Ass Classes

Those who can do, cannot always teach. The art of instructing goes beyond the knowledge of techniques and I’m going to walk you through the basic concepts to instructing a quality class.

Requirements: Minimum of 30 hours of kickboxing experience is recommended


In this course, we will cover all of the basic concepts of kickboxing and group instruction. You will learn how to design and modify class plans, deliver and multitask on the training floor, and inspire your students!

We have 5 modules to complete in the training including:

  • Mission & Understanding Women and Fitness
  • Technique & Exercises
  • Class Structure & Workout Types
  • Delivery & Multitasking
  • Safety & Motivation

5-Week Course Includes:

  • Online course to complete each week with checkpoints for feedback from the instructor
  • (2) Co-teaching classes with a coach (optional)
  • (1) 20-minute final review and goal setting meeting with your instructor
  • (1) 30-minute technique evaluation with your instructor (if you’d like to proceed with coaching)
