More than 75% of women avoid the gym for fear of being judged for their appearance or performance. Wow… MOST women hate the gym, and there is a large number of women who don’t like fitness in general. If this is how you feel—it’s not your fault.
The fitness industry has conditioned us to focus on losing weight as a primary goal for exercise. As a result, women have slipped into a negative cycle of dieting and workouts. Our motivation comes from external sources, and we find it hard to be consistent and find joy in the movements.
During this 5-week coaching program, you will uncover the barriers to your success, learn how to be intuitive about your fitness, develop a plan for when life gets in the way, and fall in love with movement again.
